How it works
Step 1
We inflate the air track on site and set up the landing area.
Step 2
Our acrobats show what is possible and explain the basics.
Step 3
Participants take turns along the track: running, jumping, rolls, cartwheels, handstands and – with a spotter – first flips.
Step 4
The programme is adapted to age and skill, so everyone progresses at their own pace.
